Refund Policy

Clarity Prompt Studio sells digital products delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds are not generally offered once access to the digital content has begun, except where required by law.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your purchase and believe you ordered in error, please contact us promptly at hello@claritypromptstudio.com.

If a digital product is faulty, materially not as described, or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us and we will review the issue.

Where the law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, that right may end once supply of the digital content begins after your express consent and acknowledgement, as permitted by law.
