Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from Clarity Prompt Studio.

Digital products

Products are supplied as digital files or digital access. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Licence

Unless stated otherwise, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the prompt system and included materials in your own personal or commercial creative work.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, repackage, sublicense, or make the full prompt system or substantially unchanged copies available to others.

AI tools and third-party services

AI platforms, music tools, software and third-party services can change over time. Clarity Prompt Studio does not control those services and cannot guarantee that every feature, setting or workflow will remain available indefinitely.

Results produced with AI tools can vary. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with the rules of the platforms you use, and ensuring that your own work does not infringe third-party rights.

Availability and updates

We may improve, correct or update our digital products from time to time. We may also withdraw a product from future sale.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Clarity Prompt Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of third-party AI platforms or from decisions made using the product.
